It was a pleasure meeting you last week. Just a summing up of the properties we saw. I think you 'got our number' well and can see the quality of place we eventually want to buy around or under 100,000 euros.
SO, we did a lot of thinking in the time we were up there - and came to the conclusion that there's plenty available at present under 100,000 euros which would suit us very well indeed. We'll keep in touch, Paul, as you are on our wavelength and know the standard of place we want. Once again, thank you for your precious time as you knew we were not in a position to buy at that time but WE'LL BE BACK!!! Keep us posted as and when something special comes up.
