I have found that one of the keys to a successful business relationship is flexibility. During my initial visit to Spain to meet with Paul Sayers of Solmar Estates I was not too flexible & also maybe a little over demanding considering my budget to buy out there was not vast. Nevertheless he persevered without the usual sales patter that we all hate and he found me a lovely place in a great location. The flexibility of service he displayed in meeting my criteria was fantastic. With this in mind I am currently developing plans to role out his property sales service amongst my clients here in the UK as a joint venture. I cannot offer a better reference than that as my clients are very important to me! The service that Paul provided not only included guided visits to all the necessary places to see and visit but also the important aspects such as medical facilities, schools and road links to other areas. Naturally faced with what seems like endless sunshine one is thrown straight into holiday mode. Paul however, always had my best interest at heart and he was always mindful to check if I was indeed making the right decision. This was even after I had agreed to buy. His knowledge of the area is excellent and covers a wide area beyond were he is based. He also has extensive knowledge and contacts within the legal and banking professions in Spain. Therefore any client wishing to relocate would basically have at there disposal a one stop shop of real and helpful information to help smooth the transition. I would and do recommend Paul & Solmar Estates to anyone interested in Spain as a new life-style option.
