Today the contracts have been signed and I believe we can now call us the owners of the property. We are so pleased with the apartment. Karin had already arrived yesterday evening. She was very pleased to see how clean and tidy the apartment is. We would be grateful if you could let the owner know that we are thankful for the good care that has been given to the apartment. And thank you Paul for all the help you have provided us.
