I can highly recommend Paul Sayers and Solmar Estates for their professionalism

We first met Paul Sayers, owner of Solmar Estates, on our annual visit to a friends apartment in Villamartin.  We had been looking at properties around the area for some 18 months and we were recommended to Solmar Estates. Having seen a couple of properties on their extremely user friendly website we made an enquiry and had an immediate response from Paul. He made the necessary arrangements to collect us to see the two properties plus another one which he thought would meet our requirements ... which I can assure you was a very tricky one!!!!  We then came across the one apartment that dreams are made of and perfect in every sense!!!

Whilst still in Villamartin, we made an offer for the property and Paul was on the ball and instrumental in sorting things out with the vendor and the relevant solicitors involved.

Our offer was accepted and contracts drawn up with an inventory of the furniture, however things then went very quiet and we heard nothing from the vendor or their solicitor for well over 10 days.

Our solicitors tried in vain to obtain information to complete the purchase and in desperation on a Thursday evening at about 7.00 p.m. UK time, we contacted Paul by email to try & find out what was happening.

After an exchange of two, maybe three emails that evening, he had contacted the vendors on the following day who said it appeared to be their solicitors had been dragging their feet.

That very morning (Friday) Paul had spoken to the vendors solicitor, identified that they needed to act quickly and within 2 hours contracts were exchanged and deposits paid over by our solicitors.

To anyone purchasing a property in this region, I can highly recommend Paul Sayers and Solmar Estates for their professionalism and what we term in the UK as their customer care philosophy, it truly is second to none!!
