Everytime we have been on holiday over the last five years we have spent some time looking at property.When we came back last year we started looking on the internet for properties in Southern Spain, mainly because of the weather and the short flight time from the U.K.
We saw an apartment on the Solmar Estates website and enquired about details. We got an immediate response and when we required more information Paul Sayers was very quick to reply.We were really impressed with all the information that he sent and decided to arrange a viewing. We met Paul for the first time at the apartment along with the builder and we were surprised that there was no hard selling. They were both very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. Paul then drove us to see another property we also liked after which he drove us around Torrevieja pointing out places of interest. The following day we phoned Paul to arrange a second viewing. We returned home and within a few days decided to buy the apartment.
We appointed an English firm of solicitors who unfortunately went bust. Not knowing what to do next we decided to phone Paul for advice. He recommended Dehavay Services who we found provided an excellent service as they spoke fluent English and were very clear and helpful in what we had to do.
We now own a lovely apartment in Torrevieja and would like to thank Paul for all his help, support and understanding in enabling us to purchase this property.We would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a property in Spain as the service he supplied was excellent.
