We would highly recommend

We had done a lot of research before going property hunting in Spain and found some apartments that interested us. One of them was on the website of Solmar Estates.

On the day of the viewing Paul was already at the entrance gate when we arrived. People who respect agreed times get a very big plus from us! He let us inspect the apartment at our own pace without hanging over our shoulders. There came the second plus!

We both hate the pushy seller type and Paul was everything but pushy. He answered all our questions and if he could not answer right away he found out and came back, as promised. There was the third and fourth plus!

We went back for a second viewing after we had decided to buy the apartment. Again he was on time and when we told him to sit and relax on the balcony he did that. Well, maybe he did not relax.

When we were ready to go he drove us to the sellers bank since we had some questions for them.

Back home in Sweden we had contact via email. Now the apartment is ours and Paul has done a great job! So how many pluses did he end up with? We have lost count but it was a lot.
