Hi Paul,

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all your efforts in these difficult, Covid affected times, in assisting me to find and acquire a wonderful property in the La Florida area. Using the ThinkSpain website to search for a property, meant that I encountered a range of estate agencies, all of whom displayed many admirable qualities but even early on, prior to visiting Spain, I identified you as someone who acted professionally in all areas. 

Every email was answered in a timely manner and your grasp of needs and wants was evident in the properties you suggested that I should view when I visited Spain and at all times I believed you were there to assist and not push properties on me.

Thanks again to yourself and wonderful daughter Danielle who took good care of us during our viewing day.
