A short distance from the apartment is also the well-known “La Zenia Boulevard” where numerous large and smaller shops are located. La Zenia Boulevard also has an extensive range of terraces and restaurants. Parking is free everywhere, including in the parking garages and even on the beach. There are also plenty of free parking spaces nearby for disabled people.

On the Orihuela Costa you will find the beaches of Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Orihuela Costa, together with Torrevieja, is a very popular resort with great nightlife all year round, including in winter. There are several tennis courts and golf courses nearby, such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin.
