Description

A 3 South East facing 3 bed 1 bath quad house located in Res. Flamingo Hills II, Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca South.

This south-east facing property attracts the sun all day long from early in the morning right through to the evenings.  The sun reaches the garden and courtyard at different stages of the day but the solarium receives not only the sun from morning to evening time it also offers you the opportunity to catch both beautiful sunrises and sunsets which do not disappoint!  

The communal pool with seating area is located behind the property in the centre of this small complex.

This property is a good size property having 3 double bedrooms, as a lot of these style bungalows mainly only have 2 double bedrooms. If you don't need the 3rd bedroom you can use it as another purposeful space.
