Thanks again for your help

Hi Paul,
This year has flown by. It is already a year ago since we met and you drove us around in Orihuela Costa. We were very lucky that you offered us the Villaverde apartment, which we bought. One year later we are still very excited about the property and have spent already 3 nice holidays over there. We really love the apartment as well as the neighbourhood, and are very satisfied that we made the right choice/decision. Thanks to you we made acquaintance with Hugo and Rory with whom we work very well together and also Lesley, who takes good care of the apartment. It is very handy to have her next door. Now and then we check your website so we can still follow you doing business very well and we have to admit : you still have nice properties in portfolio (unfortunately we do not have the money to buy a second one). So, thanks again for your help, your time and interesting viewings last year ! We wish you and your family a Happy Christmas and for 2011 a successful business year !!
