Solarium Area:

Accessed via the internal staircase is where this leads to the open solarium area. The current owners during the build of the property instructed the builders to install a fully operational kitchen section which comprises of both hot and cold water sink and integral cupboard spaces below the sink and worktop. These currently house both storage space and fridge unit.

Both entertaining area and sun lounging area have again been enhanced with the use of artificial grass.
